Add system http proxy support #14

Usually, AppContainer Loopback Exemption Utility is able to allow UWP apps to use system proxy. However, it is not working for mytube.

If you use a tunnel such as Wintun/WinTAP or WireGuard/OpenVPN Tunnel, then it works for UWP and Win32 apps together.
