enabled using namespace folders in scripts #20

This PR amends build.py to enable pulling in files from Scripts subdirectories, so that we can create folders for namespaces within a module, i.e. I moved the file defining class Autopilot.Instruction.Interpreter to Autopilot/Instruction.
