Disabled domain/site rather than account #3

Hi,

Just a recommendation to maybe add two options for suspension, one being disable the whole sentora account, and another just to disable the site. This way, if just the site is disabled, it will show the correct error page ('etc/static/disabled/index.html') rather than the apache testing page.
