How is the circuit for Roland CY-5 in mux? #24

I am using mux 4067 and my cymbals are not working. I am using dual piezo connected on all the arduino inputs. The input number 15 is for 4057 mux. I tried to connect CY-5 to mux pins, but the rim doesnt work. The mux circuit shown in the initial page does not show how to wire the switch of a CY-5, only the piezo.
