Update Chinese Simplified translation for newly added strings #3169

Update Strings.zh-Hans.resx and Resources.zh-hans.resx, and fix some mistakes.

I still see some texts are not translated Will there be more strings updated for translations? If so, just keep this PR open, I will update them asap. or maybe just merge this pr, and I will make new prs, for those translations.

Sorry for the spam, was intended to rename not to delete that branch :(

I think I have opened up translations as much as I am going to have time for. I need to work on just getting the last few changes out there and call this project finished.
