Haptic Feedback and Adaptive Triggers. #3212

Hello! Since me and many other people are waiting for these features, I thought I should write an issue here. Concept: https://github.com/Ryochan7/DS4Windows/assets/114813048/e0a57079-65fa-4a91-8401-a80d0391bfca

I have been using DS4Windows for over one and a half years with 3 different Dualshock 4 controllers and I really love your guys' work. A few days ago I got a Sony Dualsense. I love the fact that DS4W supports it but I think you guys should add support for Adaptive Triggers and Haptic Feedback. Just like the two options to emulate my controller to a DS4 or X360, could you possibly add "DualSense" option? I'm pretty sure you guys are busy and I don't want to waste your time, but me and hundreds of others would really appreciate these two features.

-Thank you for making this wonderful program. -Merry Christmas!🎄🎅

Not going to happen and that has been a source of drama lately. ViGEmBus only supports outputting to a virtual Xbox 360 or DS4. That driver is also abandoned and dead. The successor driver, VirtualPad, supports emulating a DualSense but there is DRM built into the driver to only allow the app DSX v. 3 to use the driver at all. It is an objectively worse driver in several ways and many users have experienced problems where the DRM no longer allows DSX to even work; it is almost like DRM is always a bad idea. Plus, real audio haptics still do not work so it is mostly pointless.

Alright. I hate that playstation doesn't just put out a driver for haptics(which use audio) and adaptive triggers via BT. As for my original issue: I can now use haptics and adaptive triggers while also using DS4Windows' features at the same time by checking the "Hide DS4 controller" box in DS4Windows but the only thing is that it REQUIRES a wired connection. Thank's for your work in DS4Windows as it's a great app. Playstation just likes to make it a pain in the ass to use their products on PC i guess.
