Replace python2 with python3 in #! #84

The main reason that those lines have not been changed is to keep conflicts with the upstream kozec repo to a minimum. Don't really need those lines in many of the modules. The main invoked script modules have been changed and that is good enough for me.

I see. Have you requested branch merge to upstream before?

Wondering why they haven't take it as python2 is getting really awkward to use
