Equation numbers not dipslayed under some circumstances #194

Seems like equation numbering has some issues almost everywhere except for live preview for short documents or reading view, gotta rewrite it completely

Now hover page preview & embeds are looking good. Will fix live preview and PDF export before releasing 2.0.0.
