Enable auto numbering according to its category #216

Now the number of callout increased regardless of its category which looks like this

Is it possible to auto number the callout according to its category? Here is an example:

This is doable. I will include this option in a future release as well!

@foralan, have a look at #220, it's sketchy, but seems working
