As mentioned in docs, using %%label: name%% has no current effect, but might be used for pandoc later.
Nevertheless I noticed 2 issues to be fixed
1) Using label adds extra unwanted white space in the box.
2) If there is already a label and you click the edit button on callout, the label box is blank - ideally it would fill in the current label so you know one is already in place. Currently, if you then enter a new label here, it adds an additional second label.
