When referencing a definition from another page, the hover-over preview displays the incorrect title. Instead of showing the title of the specific definition being referenced, it shows the title of the first definition on the page where the referenced definition resides. For example, when referencing the definition for "injective" it does not display properly in the hover over preview:

I hope, this is a good explanation, I have noticed that this bug doesn't exist for theorems and I am not aware of it on any other type, e.g. corollary, remarks and lemmas.
