[Bug] If I use the reader in another window, the pdf++ toolbar disappears when the options are opened

Steps to reproduce

Open the reader in another obsidian window
Open Obsidian Settings (I used shortcut CTRL + , )
Close Obsidian Settings Window
Expected behavior

PDF++ toolbar still available
Actual behavior

PDF++ toolbar still available
