Return original items to menu + plugin is no longer abandoned? #16

As you stated on plugin page, I am no longer offering support or updates to this plugin. The resources will remain here for those that would like to use them. So does this update means that plugin is no longer abandoned? There was several forks, so can we now merge them (or, at least mine) to add new features to plugin?

Also, there's differences between menu in 1.12 and 1.13, this commit fixes it.

I thought this was an issue, and before I jumped to the PRs tab I realized this is a PR as well. Probably best to move this for discussion in an issue instead of a PR...

Good catch. Dandelion_yellow is actually yellow dye, who knew?

Reguarding the plugin updates: It has all of the features I want it to have at this point. Some seem to want more features but I'm either outright opposed to them for being out of scope or indifferent. People can always fork it if they feel that other features are that important. If I were to add new features, I think I would rewrite the plugin entirely anyway. As it is, it does what I require it to do just fine.

I do use the plugin on a live server and I will make sure it doesn't break. I'll also supply those updates to the public where critical. However, I am just not interested in hearing people complain about features that I don't want or don't want to maintain so I'll keep the disclaimer up for now ;)
