After discussing the idea with some other diabetics it seems emergency might not be the right way of treating it, and maybe the better way to describe it is as a medical profile, the integration for treatment would still stand a good option I think.
The logic behind changing is if you are found unconscious, light-headed, had a fall anything like that then paramedics will often check blood glucose anyway.
Pitch
A Nightscout integrated emergency information accessible via QR code as this likely won't fit well on the watch face itself offered as a secondary service through a glance account where a personalized wallet size medical card can be printed, along with a standalone vector of the QR code so it can be added to what the user needs.
Features of the integration could include up to date nightscout profile settings such as ratios, ISF, basal rate. Also, a 24-hour quick view of BG/Carbs/Insulin,
Feature / Ideas
QR code tokens so you can have multiple for different items and can all be revoked if needed, maybe an option to reinstate the token within a set time window.
Sync Nightscout profile with glance account for most up to date information, this information can also be used for watch features such as treatments, this may require the Cors plugin.
24-Hour quick view of BG/Carbs/Insulin, I think Zreptil has a great graph design in Nightscout Reporter. (or as a user set amount of time)
Customizable, show as little or as much as the user wants.
Prioritize page load time of static information such as name, allergies, over waiting for nightscout data to load.
Self Host option?
Security/ Concerns
Sharing a lot of personal information like this likely mean the site has to be fully transparent about how the information is used and how its protected.
Notes
MyID Where the idea started.
Nightscout Reporter for inspiration on graphs/data/options. Believe it requires the Cors plugin.
