No map in areas where Bing fails to load #12

There are certain areas on the map where Bing maps don't load at higher zoom 
levels. Example of this exists in polish map, like here:

Because Bing maps don't load on higher zoom level, the script doesn't trigger 
map replace. Is there anything that can be done with this?
