REQUEST. Easy implementation of local map/sat image providers. #13

This is probarbly not the best place to write this.

I checked the code some, but dont have the knoledge to make it work.

Im from sweden and the Bing coverage isent the best.
But we have som local maps/sat images that are alot better so it would be nice 
to have a easy way to implement them
