Graphics Backend : Vulkan

Some cutscenes and areas render at a low FPS, while others render at full speed. The low FPS areas do not affect gameplay, due to the nature of the gameplay style.

Hardware Specs : CPU: Intel Core i5 9600K GPU: NVIDIA RTX 2070 (516.59) RAM: 16GB

This game is running well throughout the starting tutorials. VSync = Off seems to allow the game to run without stutter at all. With VSync = On - I've noticed that videos slow right down to 5-10 fps. Audio seems perfect so far. I'll edit this post if I run into any issues but I would say that this can be changed!
