Graphics Backend : Vulkan & OpenGL

The game loads and plays at a high FPS but there are missing characters in menus which, unfortunately, comprise a large portion of this game, making it unplayable.

using 47aa773 vulkan build, it was super slow and hard to navigate, i was able to select a team though
