Since it's a 32-bit game, the encoding suggests the insn is VCVT.S32.F32 Q8, Q8, 0xf

Update: Astrologaster boots but does not make it past first splash screen

The instruction that isn't recognised should now be vqshl.s32 q12, q12, q11
