Regression: Missing voices in Pikmin 3 Deluxe

Overview:

Pikmin 3 Deluxe features generic voices (without specific languages). This audio has been missing since 1.0.6784/https://github.com/Ryujinx/Ryujinx/pull/2103, regardless of audio backend used.

Steps to reproduce:

Fire up Pikmin 3 Deluxe on Ryujinx 1.0.6784 or newer.

Yeah, same problem here. Missing voices. Also missing the keyboard sound when the day ends and diary come along.

There have been a couple reports since this was opened and they didn't mention it. Does the issue persist on the latest build?

Still happening on 1.1.650

This bug is not present with version 1.1.1298 for me, so it seems to be fixed.
