Pokemon Gold crashing after earning experience 2 times from the same battle. #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Pokemon gold US. Randomize with the seeds: 5722138251382554042 and
ZRGMCJoAnQCXAAIMqAoKFBBQb2tlbW9uIEdvbGQgKFUpZV4POs2Xr8Gmng9n
2. I choose Dratini as a starter, it is type dragon and it has dragonbreath and
outrage.
3. On the very first green there are Starmies and Politoeds. I defeat any of
the two.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I earn the corresponding experience and end the battle.
Instead I will earn experience 2 consecutive times, and after the second one is
added to my bar and the Dratini gains a level, the game resets and the color
palette is absurdly altered. I can then start the game again, with constant
palette swaps.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
A common Pokemon gold US rom.

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm playing it on GBCoid on android. I can't think of anything more I can
provide, sorry.

I've had this exact issue with every Gen 2 game. If I randomize without using
the B/W Expansion or Updating Moves, the file works perfectly, no matter what
other conditions are set. Hope this works for you, too.

This is an issue with the B/W Exp Patch which only appears to happen with
certain ROMs/randomizer configurations. Still need more information to be able
to fix it as I haven't been able to reproduce it yet.
