The randomized rnqs will not appear when i open emulator #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load up emulator
2. click on rom folder
3. no rnqs
4. repeat
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to load the game

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.6.1 on a windows 8 laptop
