Whenever I try to save ruby destiny rein of legeneds it says "there was an unhandled exception trying to save your rom"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the rom
2. Put in settings I want
3. click randomize

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am pretty sure it is just suppost to put the new gba file where I choose
(desktop in this case) but instead it gives me an error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
This happens with any rom I try to randomize, even with no settings
on. I saw another post with this exact problem but in that one updating
to the latest version fixed it, where it didn't for me. Also I tried it
in older versions and it still doesnt work. I have attached the error log it 
gives me.

This is simply because the randomizer only works with the official games, not 
hacks, it can't work with the rewritten material or something technical to that 
extent. Regardless, Reign of Legends has fakemons in it if I'm not mistaken, so 
why would an unaffiliated group's randomizer work on that?
