Fix JsChallenge. Resolves #14 #17 #18

CloudFlare changed a bit the HTML code with the JS challenge.

@RyuzakiH I come form the Jackett project. We have thousand of users and we are very dependent on this library. I published this patched version in NuGet.org to be used by Jackett, but we are not interested in forking/maintaining this library. When you publish a fixed version we will use your version again. Thank you!
