Fallback to folder name if xbe has no xml or inbuilt title #5

Some games dont have a valid in-built xbe title. In this instance I guess we should fall back to the folder name?

Priority will be:

  1. Clean game title pulled from XML
  2. Inbuilt xbe-title in default.xbe
  3. Folder name
