Remap right stick toggle to D-pad up and D-pad right, Add X camera toggle #56

I just duplicated the Y axis toggle routine to add X axis toggling as well, and added the missing line from another closed issue about this.

I changed the remap control to be clicking in the right stick and dpad up for Y camera toggle, and right stick and dpad right for X camera toggle. I didn't make it start so no one would have to awkwardly stretch their thumb to the start button. I don't believe this combination is used during gameplay in any game, but I am uncertain.
