This might sound weird, but it's an accessibility/disability question: would this project be adaptable to taking two controllers (360 or otherwise) and connecting them as though they are a signal controller to the GH xbox? For one-handed gamers like myself having two controllers can actually make a big difference in terms of what you can do single-handedly (sounds backwards but see this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ufAbtvSr0Dw&t=5s).
