Fix kitspace bom.csv formatting #1

To make https://github.com/kitspace/kitspace/pull/327 work.

The tabs were the main issue for the Kitspace BOM parser here. There's also something going on with the encoding around the "ü" in Würth. I removed the tabs and opened and re-saved it in Libreoffice. I think this switches the encoding to UTF-8 which should be more portable.

Do you have acess to the BOM Builder by the way?

Thanks! I put it together in excel and saved as .csv. I dont have access to the BOM builder

I see, I think it would have been fine were it not for the tab characters in there. I sent you a link via Twitter for the BOM Builder.
