Set auto-refresh for zoom map to start timer after map is built #350

Currently the auto-refresh timer on the zoom map starts counting down from when the map refresh starts. This can mean the map is unable to finish building before the next refresh is triggered.

This should be changed to that the timer starts counting down when the map build is finished.
