Comment from Lars-Inge: Take away Geonorge's download API section. This is irrelevant and we should avoid national apis, but focus on the international apis.

From Lars-Inge: Hope that we in near future can implement OGC APIs and OGC API coverages. This would be more useful to include. The Geonorge API is much more national and based on predefined files. Concentrate on new modern APIs.
