Parse Fumen only #1

Was wondering if it's possible to use the parse_fumen on existing fumen files since looking through the file looks like it would get the note count, balloon count, rendatime, scoreinit and max? would be great if could do "parse_fumen.py eva_m.bin" for example and the info displayed in a command window or even printed to a file, wish I knew python to change it to do that myself.
