Emails from organization domain appears in GMail Spam box

Recently, the emails sent from the organization domain were identified as SPAM by GMail.

Root Cause: The reputation of the sending mail server's IP Address

Solution: Contact Server Supporter to setting up a new route for the Mail Server.

Prevention:

• Do NOT send too many messages to Gmail addresses in a short period of time
• Request anyone who received the email as spam to mark the email as "Not Spam"
