You don't have permission to access "\\computer_name\folder_name" #9

OS: Windows 10 Build version: 1903 (July)

Symptom: When access shared drive of the network from a client computer, only one folder is found (there are normally a number of folder in this shared drive). When troubleshooting for the issue of accessing the folder in the network, a message error say "You don't have permission to access "<shared_drive_path>. Contact your network administrator.".
