Add support of Polish version of the game #2

When installing widescreen fix on Polish version of the game it works only after the first launch, then it crashes or is ignored. Adding 2014 patch doesn't work.

Please see the checksums of the supported versions in the readme.

If yours is different, then I would need access to the exe, otherwise I won't be able to add support.

I think that this is something else than just a .exe file but I'm sending it on Discord. Installing Konradar's .exe file from ModDB doesn't help.
