Now we can have Notfication Wallpaper would be good if this message could be removed. Raised by josemivenegas

I have looked into this in depth and made numerous changes all of which have not achieved the desired result. Need to speak to Goldie for advice.

Spent some time looking at this with HawkerPaul and have managed to identify the element to change.
