extra invalid comma #12

Governance in an organization (or a domain within it) is the act of setting objectives, and making and evolving decisions that guide people towards achieving them.

The comma hints at an author's awareness that this sentence is too long. However, the comma isn't right here. It should be removed. Perhaps the sentence could be split up otherwise, but that's harder work.

P.S. As I read more of the updated Guide, I see that it really just hasn't had adequate proofreading/editing/etc. I'm going to stop making issues for all these cases. I hope to soon get more clear about how to best edit the files. I hope to just submit patches. Hopefully others can clean up things better or otherwise let me know the status or expectations for the improvement of the Guide going forward.

Thanks for pointing that out, however I think that it needs a more substantial change than just removing the comma. I will discuss it with James and Lili when we meet next.
