Create scheduled runs datatable #12

Display the table with the following columns:

  1. Property name (Mango Valley)
  2. Time of run
  3. OTA name
  4. Check in date
  5. Check out date
  6. Listing position number
  7. Room Category and Rates

Also add metadata fields: Creator (Django user), Created date, Modified date, Status (Pending/Executing/Finished/Failed), Comments
