I don't seem to find oTool and stuff on cydia, would you mind auto-installing all the required dependencies along with iRET?

oTool can be downloaded from this repo http://apt.thebigboss.org/onepackage.php?bundleid=org.coolstar.cctools Try looking for Darwin CC Tools
