[UI] alternative navigation markers #115

This PR adds a new GPS method in the form of always rendered markers.

[x] Markers spawn on top of tasks
[x] Markers always face the player
[x] Markers can be toggled from PlayerProfile
[x] If enabled, previous navigation bar is disabled
[x] Markers are destroyed with tasks (needs testing)
[x] Markers are colored by tasktype

Extra:

[x] Markers are fading to transparent when player is close
