[UI] basic text box

• [x] texts can be displayed in a textbox on the HUD
• [x] textbox can be toggled visible / invisible
• [x] toggle has a small animation
• [x] texts can be set via method
• [x] long texts are shown as pages and can be turned
• [x] if several texts are present at the same time, tabs should be shown
