ideally, please checkout and test this out yourself

potential issue: if I capture a ship with a tell on it, the tell won't disappear even if I don't have the tech for it, probably the fix is to replace a just-capped production ship with a new one in the same position

I like this a lot actually, it makes a lot of sense too so this may actually be even better than on the research ship. I tried settings a modules health to 0 and it didn't die so if are able to replace it like you say that would be nice but even if its not possible I wouldn't mind it too much if the facilities didn't reset.

Personally I think defender tech should also show a facility though, not just int tech.
