I've literally tried everything possible to make it so a ship can still move and do other actions while insufficient salvagers are docked - it's impossible as far as I can tell.

Therefore, two options:

• Salvagers will not latch (but will closely follow) a target until there are enough salvagers within a smallish radius which are targeted at salvaging the ship
  • If the salvagers are latched and this number falls below the threshold, they will return to trailing
• Salvagers take damage over time if not enough of them are docked (beginning after some initial period)

If you can think of anything better, would love to hear... for now, are either of these two ok? Perhaps even both?

Id be fine with just making salvagers easier to see e.g. TO icon or perhaps play the "x being boarded" voice line even though its not boarding but its similar.
