Where did valign="baseline" come from? #386

In the beta version of <table>, there are a few instances of @valign to which "baseline" was added as a possible value.

@tcatapano Do you know where this came from? It's possibly moot if we do restore the EAD 2002 model, which did not include "baseline", but I'm just curious if you know how it got in there. I can't recall it coming up within TS-EAD.

It comes from XHTML I believe
