Comment: This could part satisfy Harvard's second revision comment requesting
"external metadata reference." This request sought, in part, a means of
identifying descriptions in other systems of the same resource described in
an EAD component. (For example, an image described in an EAD component which
is also described in an image catalog such as ArtStor.)

Use of <relation> to record the database identifier of descriptions either
ingested to EAD or exported from EAD might prove useful on further scrutiny.
<objectxmlwrap> within <relation> might be used to insert information about
the record in other systems.
