Change @linkrole and @linktitle back to @role and @title #440

We haven't added "link" to the other xlink attributes (i.e. arcrole, href, show, actuate). There's no naming conflict with other attributes, so I think we should keep the simpler names of @role and @tile. Will also match up with the DTD flavor of EAD 2002.

Terry and I talked this through and we agree we should leave them as linkrole and linktitle.
