Does EAD3 want to remove <acqinfo> from <custodhist>? #445

I was going through comparisons between the old and new pages of my site and noticed that <acqinfo> used to be available within <custodhist> and isn't any more. Intellectually, I think that having it available in there made sense. Was this an intentional decision or an accidental oversight?

@ruthtillman The removal of acqinfo from custodhist was intentional. We made a blanket decisionin the spirit of simplicity to remove intermixed descriptive elements, which resulted in the removal of acqinfo from custodhist, arrangement from scopecontent, and legalstatus from accessrestrict. I may be forgetting others.
