containerid should be type ID #455

@tcatapano If you mean that @containerid should have an xml id datatype, that's incorrect. It needs to be something that would allow for multiple <container>s to have the same @containerid value. Each instance of "Box 1" would share the same barcode, for example.

@rockivist: Right. Thanks for the clarification.The proper usage is now reflected in the S.0001_valid.xml sample file. Maybe we should add the language you just used to what is currently in the TL's definition for containerid.
