merging EAC; fixing typos #36

Resolves the following issues:

32 - fixed a typo in EAC's `sources`

33 - fixed another typo in EAC's `source`

35 - generated up-to-date single EAC-CPF TEI documents (eng and ger) from the individual attr/elem files, then removed the separate files and `CreateOneFile.xsl`. The TL template in `templates/` has also been updated; the individual elem/attr templates have been removed, and the main TL template has been expanded to include elem/attr information.
