Possible alignment of @vocabularySource and @source #3

Both, EAC-CPF and EAD3, allow for the inclusion of the "source of the vocabulary from which terms are derived" (EAC-CPF) respectively the "controlled vocabulary that is the source of the term contained in the element", though the attribute used in either standard goes by a different name at the moment: vocabularySource in EAC-CPF and source in EAD3.

Suggestion:

Merge these attributes.
Rename "source" to "vocabularysource" (pending camelCase question more generally).
Consider redefining both as data type "Token".
