Align data-centric shared elements (e.g. <addressLine> or the single date elements) with regard to mixed content options

Wanted change/feature

• Text: Shared elements, i.e. elements that are named and intended to be used in the same way in all EAS, should also be defined in the same way. This also touches upon the aspect of mixed content, which is supported in EAD, but only has been minimally used on EAC-CPF so far (a model that is followed by EAC-F as well). The following is the suggested result of this for the general schema of EAD 4.0 at the moment.

Note for working on and testing this issue: When the schema changes are done in development branch, please mark the tasks on the highest levels of the list (printed in bold) by ticking the box. When the changes have been tested successfully, please mark the tasks on the lowest level of the list.

Tested with the XSD and the RNG and can confirm that this is implemented as expected.
